Team Roles

Hi everyone,

I have finally got around to uploading the roles that we agreed the last time we met. Nothing to stop us all doing a bit of everything but it's good to have people designated as having the final say about things - design by commitee is generally not a good idea!

So, what I came out from the meeting with was:

Team Leader - Piers
Meeting Organiser - Tal
PR & liaison (canvassing for on and offline links & potential sponsorship) - Ellie & Mary
Design (templates, layout, graphics) - Tal, Ferdinand, Ros
Content (administering posts, researching related material, online curation) - Juhi & Ros
Writing Proposals & Releases - Mary
Events Organisation - Mary

Obviously everybody has collective responsibility for coming up with ideas and submission of material because without that we would have nothing to post! Feel free to comment if anybody wants to change roles or come up with new ones.

yeah, that's the one. Got the typepad code now too - my sis got us the premium service for free!!
